Guidelines: Media Literacy & Sociology

Guidelines for staying on topic:

1) The topic and/or context should be about Sociology (i.e. the study of human society, behaviour & culture) and Media Literacy (i.e. analysing the articles in the media).

2) Speaking about the social effects of media productions is allowed. (For example, Talking about the potential social effects of the 2019 Joker Movie is allowed. But the Joker movie itself, such as its plot and characters, should be discussed in the Entertainment group.)

3) New articles and the debate of their motives are welcomed.

4) All members are entitled to their views on any media discussion, social statistics, moreways etc. Please do not personally attack one another for having different views. Agree to disagree and respect each other’s differing opinions.

Do note the rules about keeping the group spam-free. If you must share a long essay or article, please upload it on a blog, website, Google Drive or other online services first, then share the link for us to read at our leisure.
